The FCC today granted the requested modification for the WD2XSH
license, adding stations (there are now 42 vs 23 previously) and
extending the band to 495-510 kHz, still 20W ERP, cw, and PSK/MSK up
to 31 baud.

 However, the FCC declined the request for privileges to make two way
contacts with foreign amateurs.
