   Yes, I believe that would work. However I couldn't find a cost
effective 50MHz OCXO, TCXO etc AND my dds developed problems with the
optical encoder so I decided to get a used HP 3325A synthesizer which
included a built in ovenized oscillator for less money than a 50MHz
TCXO which needed to be added to the dds.
