Lawrence,
You may get lucky with surplus Xtals in that range,
I use some pulled from an ancient xtal controlled 2m rig.. but the 2m
frequencies corresponding to your range are low.
You may consider using a DDS like the softmark
unit, or the ones designed for the Softrock SDR radios . this effectively gives
you a VFO!
One of these may also be cheaper than a couple of
crystals!

Laurie,
McKnight and Hy-Q used to
advertise in RadCom. They may still be trading. Addresses
below.
IQD are also around, but I
don't know if they deal with hobbyists, like us!
What frequency/style are
you looking for? Somebody on the Reflector probably has what you
need.

Does anybody
manufacture Xtals to specific frequencies these days? I have trawled
Google to no avail, unless I want to go to China!!! Nothing in Radcom.
What's happened to companies like QCC ? Any ideas thanks Laurie
