Dear Richard, LF Group,Your beacon is currently peaking at about 559, with the usual deep QSB. It does seem to be stronger than previous days, although the QRN level has also gone down I think. Before dark, it was only detectable as a trace on the spectrogram display, so ground wave would seem to be marginal at 220km with your current power level. For some reason, your VFO frequency seems a little more "wobbly" at the lower frequency, but only about +/-5Hz, so not an issue for CW. I have attached a spectrogram showing about an hour's worth of signal - times are BST. The puce coloured bits of the trace are where it reached an easily copied level. Cheers, Jim Moritz73 de M0BMU
