I just noticed the signal while doing other things in the shack.
But I will have a look at

find out what I need to participate in a future test.

Aha, that was the strong and strange sound at the upper band edge ;-)
I was already preparing for another hunt for a bad energy saving lamp
or switched PSU before I noticed it was a real signal.
There are only two who can produce such a strong signal here (and the
other one was transmitting in CW), so I understood that Gus was doing
some kind of tests.

I start to beacon PSK sounder at 19:00 UTC.
Dial 503.000 kHz USB.
You can forward to the other hams of interest this info.
In the meantime i put my daughter in bed, but be back in shack abt
20:00 utc..
