Strange (or not ?) info from "The Weekly DX" bulletin
Vol 9, Nr 5, 2.2.2009 :
40 Meter expansion
Starting March 30th Amateur Radio operators from both South Korea and
Japan will be allocated Amateur Radio use in the 7.1 to 7.2 MHz
range. Japan is also expected allocation on 135 KHz.
