Dear Andy,
if you want to change power it might make sense to go up and down on a shorter timescale, as otherwise it may be difficult to tell the effects from a generally increasing noise background. I'm seeing your signal weakly on spectrogram with a little doiwnward drift, but no decodes yet, so not much hope for QRPP this way.
I have now set up WSPR for LF/MF half duplex, transmitting 25% on 137.568, and listening around 503.900 inbetween.
Kind regards,
Markus, DF6NM

Subject: LF: WSPR - JNT
I'm WSPRing again. Tere was a request earlier this week for some more QRP operation, so I've put a switched attenuator into circuit ready. Currrently running at the original 80 Watts figure, but throughout the evening, I will progressively reduce power in steps - unless there are any requests for specific reductions. Fully linear system and I have 1dB resolution available.
Suggestions pse for power levels.
Also do have the margin to increase power by about 2 - 3dB as well,
