A nice selection of stations hrd and worked last
night on 160 m but nil on 600 m apart from the usual beacons, amateur and
commercial.
Maybe 137 khz acty will improve during the winter,
and produce some DX, this band was brilliant some years ago. I think there was
around 27 countries active at it peak. There was a chorous of QRS stns
every night trying for transatlantic QSO'S and reports, plus DX in
other directions especially Russia.
A long haul DX qso is satisfying and a good
indication of station performance.
