Don't see that on the two on line plots or at this qth,  must be a image.
 
That's a problem with single conversion rx's when they are working near the IF frequency or a bit of mains hum on the local oscillator that can give the same problem , usually a heater cathode leak in the tube or a dry electrolyitic on the screen feed, might be a mirophonic valve, try turning the cooling fan off ?

Rtty transmissin covering 503 - 505 khz ie 2 khz wide and outside the top of he permitted band. Active at present 1430 utc/23/8/08
