LF: BEACON/EMAIL QSO

Has anyone else noticed what is happening on LF/MF. Operate a beacon and get
a report via email.
This is NOT amateur radio.
The same old senario daily. Take away the internet appliance operator
facility and LF/MF would cease. Not the case on the other amateur
frequencies.
How can this possibly qualify as experimental TWO way radio
communications!!!!!!!!!!!
Licencing authorities WAKE UP !!
