Yes, of course we are thoroughly familiar with Andy AGC.
We use different condition for SWling 137/500.
Andy use a pre-amp low noise with narrow tunable filter and 41m long
wire antenna from his balcony to the yard.
I use short antenna 1/4 sloper for 80m's band on the roof 19.95 m's long
for RX 137/500 w/o any filter, preamp, ect.Long coax feeder line from
the roof in my location. more 70 m's long
The directional own antennas will be different.
Andy's ant oriented to south east, my ant oriented to east.
FT897D in both location like receivers for 137/500.
The sound in my condition from radio to comp come by mic. Andy use a
wide band transformer to connect his radio to comp.
Own locations is situated from the different part of Moscow 15-20 km's
far between us.
