Hello LF group,

I see some QRSS (at ~0300z) and it seems to be ON4KTJ, although the
dot/dash timing makes it difficult to read due to QRN. Long slow fades
over a 10 minutes period.

This callsign isn't listed in QRZ.com, and can't find an email address.
Perhaps someone here can provide one or let the OP know his signal is
being received in the Shetland Isles.
