Thanks for report, I am testing a new PSU & gradually increasing load. My
previous PSU gave up the ghost during higher power tests but this one using
Hexfet regulator devices is looking good.
Should be able to make the 1 watt ERP easily when antenna is raised the 12
metres.

Testing again tonight 503.600 KHz, QRSS 3 with CWID 12wpm, 5 min
intervals,
power increase to 400mW ERP from 9 metre vertical.
