The LWCA website including the bulletin board is shutting down March 8th until 
some time in April.

The Lowfer Forum will still be available at:
http://www.kc3ol.dynip.com/forums/index.php

The Lowfer forum has the capability of posting graphics, photos, sound clips 
etc.
