Andrey, your reception is DI2AT, indeed. It is Roland Brüstle, DL3NDR, few days ago he got the special callsign DI2AT. He is located in JN59NO, some 12kms east of Erlangen. Antenna 50m, up 10m, pwr 1W ERP. He transmits with a software defined radio.
