Hi Marco,
WE2XEB/2 is my experimental license for 160-189kHz.
Power on 184kHz is 250 watts out of the TX, ERP is between .75 to 1 watt.
WD2XGJ on 137kHz has an ERP of 3.5-4 watts (thanks to John W1TAG for the
measurements!)
I use the same loop antenna for WE2XEB as for WD2XGJ, details are posted at:
http://www.kc3ol.dynip.com/forums/showthread.php?t=260
Best chance to copy is from 0000-02:30 UTC when 183kHz is off the air.

Hello Warren,
do you know power/ant of WE2XEB?
Do you a chance to receive it with a relative small setup?
many thanks

Henny,
Thank you for the capture!
WD2XGJ will be QRT on 137kHz, instead WE2XEB/2 will be sending QRSS 60 on
184.005 kHz.
