this one is listed as TBA Ankara, Turkey on http://www.longwave.de/below150.pdf ,
and has been active from time to time in the past. The frequency is above
my normal grabber setting. I can currently hear it as a low
frequency warble on a portable AM radio tuned to the DCF39
carrier.
