Getting better Mark.
 
I now get down to 505kHz before I lose the screen.
 
I have 5MB download speed here, so perhaps an issue with the number of users at present.

Gents, Initial experiments with restricted bandwidth showed this effect, and when I changed the refresh  rate to 5 sec on the java version, it improved. so I have just (17:58) changed the refresh to 10 seconds, and see what happens. (users already connected may have to refresh the page)
