There is more of Spain West of the zero meridian than East of it. So why, tell me, is your country on european time? Or is it some diabolical EU Law? Here it would mean I would have to drive to work in the pitch dark for more weeks of the year on EU time. I note that your neighbour Portugal, further West of UK and Spain,  has UTC during the winter also which is understandable.
 
Any way what ever the reasons you, like me, will be listening to SAQ's Xmas message :-)
 
Lars/SM6NM does a great job at Grimton.

CORRECTION
 
 
I did it again!!!!!!
 
 
Not for the first time, and possible not for the last, I made a misstake in calculating Swedish time into UTC time for the Christmas Eve transmission.
 
The correct time should be: 08.00 UTC and 08:15 UTC.
 
I am terrible sorry!
