News coming from the Conference is that agenda item 1.15 relating to 136 kHz passed the second reading and a global allocation at 135.7-137.8 kHz looks to be a reality when the Final Acts are signed Friday. I guess it will still need National administrtations to put in place actual allocations, where they don't already exist. 73 John, G3WKL |
