Not unless he was also transmitting on 506.05 at the same time
repeating "WC WC WC WC WC WC WC WC " on both
frequencies in perect sync!
It looked more like a normal AM modulated NDB signal with its carrier
on 505kHz and modulating frequency of 1.05kHz. It isn't listed in
anywhere I can find.
It's not audible now so I'll wait until tomorrow and see if it turns up
again.
