Have put up a temporary active 'ferrite rod' antenna, only 3m up. ends E-W
Impressive results DI2AM is 559, SM6BHZ also.

not dissimilar to what I have heard on the inverted L, though tonight I cannot do a direct comparison.
 
I will get this waterproofed, and I will at least be able to listen if the wind is too high for the main MF antenna.
