I've not found a s/mode wall wart yet that was adequately quiet, RF wise.
Most are quite 'nasty'.
Same goes for a lot of laptop AC adaptors/chargers, as well as
quite a few mains driven battery chargers for camcorder batteries and the like.

Might be of general interest...

Severe MW pulses with mains PRF, common-mode via BT-lines throughout village [300yds from MF antenna].

Two Belkin Wireless Routers powered-up, but no Sync LED & no B/B connection [std ADSL modem ok - no RFI].

RFI-detector FSD near BT line & dc-lead from s/mode wall-wart [12V/1.25A model: DSA-0151A-12 K].

Replaced with generic type, Sync ok, B/B ok.

BT-line noise now low, similar to std ADSL "Frog" modem.

Nasty little wart now in safe-custody - time for a pint!

Rog.
