Dear All,
I just received a mail from ON4KTJ who is setting up a 136 kHz
station. Currently he runs 60W into a LW (no further details
received) and has been calling CQ once in a while without result.
Whoever is interested to help with his first steps on LF can arrange

He can operate CW and QRS.
He is located in Ath (JO10VO).
