Hallo hams from UK!

I received transmiting due to antenna tuning on 502.59kHz. Date 16.4. from  20:10 to 20:30UT.

I listened words „TEST“, but no CALL, sorry. I attach two snapshots. Signal was very good, RST 559.

Who has been this station and what is its QRA locator, please?
