Walter, individuals will need to apply to use their licence so it will be a
little while before any SRPs are issued; hopefully, in time for the 1st
March.
>From the wording of the Ofcom announcement they see one aspect of
experimental access they are expecting us to be able to operate at
significantly lower erp than at 136kHz, and without interference to others.
We will of course be intereste in assessing the communication range at this
erp, and also explore any anomalous propagation effects. Having a number of
SRP licences within the relatively small area of the UK will allow some
interesting work to be done on confirming predictions on ground-wave
propagation.

Dear John,
congrats to your permits. Is there already a stations list? What
power? Modes? Very interesting. Hope to see ( and hear ) you soon.
