Hi Frank,
excellent signal on ~136320.6, about 15 to 18 µV/m in Nuernberg. Another one has started up on 136319.0 with 2.5 µV/m, looks like DJ8WX.

I am testing now on +-136.321 Khz with the baloon antenne on +-35 meters high.
