Innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt is an ancient British
concept that went out of fashion on about 11/9/01. , rather like habeus
corpus, freedom from double jeopardy  or arbitrary arrest.and a right to
silence being not misinterpreted.

......sticking to radio tho' , am I wrong in thinking that FS varies with
the direction between the points between which the potential difference
exists ?
