Dear J,

It would be worth monitoring and keeping a log of possible PLC signals to
wave at the regulatory people in Canada - the fact of their presence, and of
your beacon sigs, would help in showing that LF amateur radio can co-exist
with PLC, and help rebut the arguments of the power company lobbyists that
seem to have prevented an LF allocation in north America
