Thanks for making those data available. By chance, I just studied the
WOLF log and saw in the commandline that your soundcard's sampling
rate was "calibrated" to 44097.6 Hz.
This night I used the soundcard of my portable PC, it one "conexant"
calibrated to 44097.6, when I use my "Audigy" calibrated to 44101,6.
My receiver is controlled by a TCXO that I gauged with my OCXO
discilpliné by GPS, the final calibration of the soundcard its is made
with the lines of the "LORAN-C"
Ummm... that's interesting ... guess what the "calibrated" sampling
rate of my Audigy 2 ZS is (calibrated using TV set, before they closed
down analog distribution) ? 44097.667 Hz !
Now is this pure coincidence, or is there a simple explanation for it
- like " a standard crystal frequency divided by two power something " ?
