HI Dick,

here my answer:

1. are you interested in working LX on 136kHz YES !

2. which modes can you work? CW, QRSS and/or DFCW? CW, QRSS

3. prefered operation times? you can give more times, best time at first, etc.  Saturdays afternoon, all week early evening until 18:00h

4. if you have a Xtal controlled TX, please give the frequency. all is ok!

    (I guess, if it's the case, mostly it might be 136.533kHz, ROPEX-TX....)
