Dear friends,
          the German authorities permitted a second research-station on 440KHz. It is DI2BO near Peine, northern part of Germany. Responsible is  Holger ( Geri ) Kinzel, DK8KW. The goal is to test propagation from his more northern location. No ham radio operation allowed.
Holger is still in the US and will return at the weekend.  He will then post some details.
