Dear Group, The ice had melted off the aerial yesterday afternoon, so I raised the thing back in the air and started transmitting again with about 3 amps. Many thanks to Hartmut, F1AFJ F5YG, G3NYK, VE3OT VE3EAR and those who run the grabbers for the signal reports. The application to extend the authorisation to transmit on 2200 has been endorsed by RAC (our national radio society) and forwarded to Industry Canada. It was to expire on the 31 March. 73 Joe |
