Thanks to Hartmut, Steve Dove, and Jean-Pierre for reports thus far.
Peter Martinez did copy the signal last night, and is analyzing the
data. The BPSK keying is clearly visible in his plots. We will continue
with these tests, possibly on another frequency, and I'll post it here.
