No The grass will grow faster under the loop. One reason being it will get
more rain. ..... drips off the wire, long after it has stopped raining. I
have a number of fruit trees here and the grass always grows longer under
the trees. They are pruned so that they are "open" and do not restrict light
to the ground. Of course there are also the nice warm happy worms which are
aerating the soil and the effects of the RF breaking down chemicals to
produce excess nutriants, the birds who perch and deposit guano as the "seat
reservation fee"......Gosh everyone should have one !! Then you must look at
Dst ( The "distributed soil temperature" )..... data not available at
present due to RFI in the measuring circuitry
:-))
