John w1tag put me on to this amp and details of his set up are at
http://www.w1tag.com/pix/Hafler_Amp.jpg

John also has some other excellent info on his web site.

Its a class A or AB device and produce a lot of heat so you do need heatsink and good air flow thru the transformer cut outs - Ive come to the same conclusion as John that constant key down shd be limited to 200W or so but it will do up to 350=400W before clipping. Output is very clean at 137Khz

I run this amp on linear requiring modes and ebay bids are averaging around 300 USD or so. Hafler have stopped manufacturing products but it is still supported. Its a 110VAC powered device.
