This request came up on another list, but I thought it likely that someone on this list may be able to Jim. Tracey For some AES (Audio Engineering Society) standards work I am doing (on EMC), I need to get a handle on the approximate field strengths used by long wave broadcast stations (150-250 kHz) in Europe and the UK. Information on transmitter power and antenna details for US broadcast stations is available on a public FCC website. Is there a comparable site for the UK and other EU countries? Does someone here have direct knowledge of these transmitters? Comparable data for shortwave broadcasters could also be helpful. Please reply off list -- I don't want to burden the list with this discussion. "Jim Brown" <[email protected]> Thanks, Jim Brown K9YC -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
