Dear Groups, Now running a Colpitts oscillator and hopefully reducing the "chirp" on my keying a bit. Running 5 watts output with 0.4 amps aerial current to a piece of #12 copper wire 100 metres long and 10 metres high. QRSS120 (approx) on 189.850 kHz +/- 0.5 Hz. There has been no word yet on an LOA from Industry Canada to resume QRO on 2200 metres. 73 Joe VO1NA |
