Dear Jay, Dexter, Laurence and TA enthusiasts, thank you very much for watching out for Europe again last night. Reading "between the lines" on my receiver, I seemed to have been alone after Laurie had gone to bed and the green signal on 921.8 (from EA or CT?) went off air sometime around 00:12. It was a clear cold night, aerial current up to 2.9 A till 6:40. Very pleased to be greeted by Jay's screenshot today! You must be living in a quiet location - what sort of RX antenna are you using? Congratulations to John and Ed for making it West-to-East across our heads. It came to my mind how good it is to see once more that those cold-war days are really gone for good... 73 and best wishes Markus (DF6NM) [email protected], 28.02.2005, 11:28:19 UT: Markus, Laurie &other TA participants |
