The SpecLab Plot showed a frequency lock on 137774.5 lasting for
about 90 mins from about 23:00 to 00:30 with the signal peaking 10dB
above the normal background.  Unfortunately this is just LF of the
ArgoGrab so have no more details.  Was it TA?
