Not that it is presently a problem But TIL is presently transmitting on 137778.0ish from CN89lg, Vancouver BC Canada.
137778.5 would be a good choice as you'll miss the loran line at 137778.356 
and this freq seems clear on w3eee and ki0le grabbers.
However, as John points out some high power stations are beaconing on the east 
coast and do QRM abit of the watering hole around there...
