Greetings everyone, Amazingly silent on the reflector - everyone gone christmas shopping ?Anyone interested in a crossband QSO 144 MHz / 136 kHz - there are fabulous tropospheric conditions all over EU at the moment (temperature inversion forming a "ducting" layer), so VHF may work as well as LF this weekend. Worked a couple of G's, GW's and GM's yesterday on 145 MHz in FM on their "local chat frequency", some of them using just a few watts and a groundplane antenna. Unfortunately none of them could receive or transmit on LF ;-) Seasons greetings, Wolf DL4YHF / DF0WD . |
