Hi Jim, there is the chance of good peaks at this point on the recovery, see
my graph for CFH on the report for 29th...this is the highest level I have
seen from CFH for many weeks

Saw readable signals from VO1NA last night for the first time in a few weeks
- traces of signal were visible sporadically through the night through a
high level of QRN, quieter conditions around dawn gave "O" copy of a couple
of complete callsigns.

I see from Alan's propagation pages that the Dst index remains fairly
negative, but it looks like a recovery in propagation is underway.

2000-2030z, 2100-2130z, 0600-0630z.
