The good and bad news is that CFH is back on the air. I was listening on 137.780 this afternoon, and could hear a rumbling in the background that didn't sound like Loran. I opened up the receiver BW and heard the FSK. The center frequency appears to be 137.200, with principal sidebands 100 Hz either side. This does not match their last incarnation.
