I got a copy in february for EURO 19.79
The SPM-3 needs 18V DC, 55mA only. I put 2 sockets ( red and blue ) into the
case and connected it to the 18V- pins. So I can supply the SPM-3 from a
small outside battery pack. Markus, DF6NM, has the same.

Hi, all those of you who have SPM-3s might be interested in the matching
"portable" (batt op) generator to make a matching set. A connection lead
between the two will lock the PS-3 output to the SPM-3, making it a useful
bridge source and detector for aerial measurements. Not synthasised but
that
doesnt really matter for measurements. Let me know if you find a manual for
it ...I still haven't got one, and I believe Jim and Brian would like
copies
too.
