Hi all, I have posted a description of some studies I have been making in an
attempt to refine the accuracy of predicting good conditions on night-time
136khz paths. This is a development from the use of the Kp index and a wet
finger (or damp rabbit's paw !!) is thanks to some pointers from a member of
