Is this not the weak carrier I remember having heard/seen in the past
and others have noted that we decided was located somewhere in
France?
Because of local TV SMPSU QRM I have not been listening on 136 of
late so cannot check, and in any case I have never been in a position
of reading frequencies to that accuracy.
