Very severe QRN all day both on 73 an 136 khz on both the loop and vertical, probably one of the worst days this year.
Had to disconnect the antennas at times to avoid blowing the front ends of the receivers. Have blown several in the past with  these antennas and severe lightening storms at the time even though they were hundreds of miles away.
Most of the 73 khz acty that I have hrd is taking place with those in the South only yards away from each other.
A couple of G stns hrd CQ on 136 QSX 73 khz but did not hear any xband QSO'S take place, and no EU activity.
