Its anyone's guess where your amps are going, but your signal is very strong with me, as good as most around the UK at the same distance, those running the Decca Jeeps might be only marginally stronger but think of the difference in RF output. I think your BK autocycle has about 100 w out on 137 khz and the Jeep about 1200w out, so you seem to be doing well.
Looks like your antenna and ground in spite of some discrepencies is doing well.
I do not depend on real ground for my system. I use about 6 insulated ground radials, each one 400 ft long and not grounded.
I did try using copper ground stakes driven into the ground where all the radials converge and all connected and it makes no difference that I can detect. I tried ground stakes at the end of each insulated radial and that again makes no difference.
I think the GROUND/EARTH as suggested by some is a myth in some locations. The secret on LF is to get as much wire up in the air as possible and use INSULATED ground radials. My loading coil is small, around 0.5 mh and soon I hope to get some more wire up so that I do not need a LOADING coil at all, the antenna will have a natural resonance at 137 khz.
It would appear that a so called good ground is less important if you have a good antenna in the first instance.
I have tried a couple of radials then a dozen radials and apart from a small change in impedence matching, which is easy to correct it makes no difference to the RF amps and radiation and signals reports.
My system TX/RX, Antenna etc is all designed for 50 ohms and  according to reports since I started on LF some years ago
the signal is the strongest from England on 136 khz around EU and  W/VE and only surpassed my MM0ALM in Scotland. inactive at present. My RF power out from a home built TX is only a fraction of that generated by those using the D/Jeep.
I must get my ex Cherry Burton D/Jeep 1200 W fired up one of these days and join the rest of the QRO merchants
