The new version of QRS (v4.01) can now be downloaded from :
http://www.qsl.net/on7yd/software.htm
Main change to the precious version (v3.17) is that it now fully supports
the LPT port under WinNT based operating systems (WinNT, Win2000, WinXp
etc.). As a result it won't run on Win3 anymore, therefor version 3.17 is
also downloadable from the same site.
